Radu Voloaga

Radu Voloaga is a Bucharest office partner and heads the Romanian litigation practice.He has a business and solution oriented approach, geared towards providing clients with an effective commercial assessment of litigation matters and their utility. With over 13 years of experience, Radu has handled contentious matters in various areas of practice and has represented clients at all levels of the Romanian judicial system.Prior to joining the firm, Radu worked for more than six years with one of the leading firms in Romania specialized in litigation and arbitration.Radu’s practice covers a broad range of litigation matters in the following areas: retail banking disputes, general commercial litigation, company law and shareholder disputes, real estate and construction disputes, administrative, employment, intellectual property and taxation, as well as enforcement procedures.Radu has, over the course of his career, represented clients before the European Court of Human Rights, arguing a number of complex cases.Bar Admissions / Qualifications: Bucharest, Romania.
