Beata Barwińska

Beata Barwińska is a corporate M&A and finance partner in the Warsaw office.

Beata specialises in financing of mergers and acquisitions, corporate financing, mezzanine financing, bond issues, structured financing, mergers and acquisitions. She advised both private equity funds and companies as well as banks and institutions offering mezzanine finance (subordinated financing). Beata also has extensive experience in corporate financing, restructuring of financing and in mergers and acquisitions.

Previously, Beata worked for Linklaters, where she focused on bond-based financing, advising clients on many bond issue programs, Weil Gotshal & Manges as member of the financing team advising corporate clients, funds, and lenders in connection with the acquisition, corporate financing and financing of development projects and CMS, as Counsel where she advised clients mainly in mergers and acquisitions and acquisition financing.

Bar Admissions / Qualifications: District Bar Council in Łódź.
